Job Summary
Responsibilities:
đź“ŤOrganizing and executing quality onboarding processes for new employees, providing support at all stages. đź“ŤAnalyzing the reasons for employee turnover and proposing recommendations to reduce it. đź“Ť Participating in the development and implementation of employee retention and development programs. đź“Ť Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with employees to identify issues and risks early on, as well as discussing their job satisfaction. đź“Ť Summarizing meeting outcomes and developing specific recommendations to address identified issues and improve work processes. đź“Ť Collaborating with managers to implement proposals and recommendations. đź“ŤOrganizing and executing performance review processes for administrative staff. đź“Ť Advising managers on team management, discipline, and motivation based on performance evaluation results. đź“ŤManaging operational tasks in Jira (hiring/onboarding/transfers/terminations). đź“ŤMaintaining reporting and analytics on key HR metrics.
Requirements
📍A strong affinity for HR or psychology with over 2 years of experience in these fields; 📍Excellent communication skills and the ability to build warm, genuine relationships with everyone, regardless of personality type or temperament; 📍 Capable of listening, negotiating, and communicating in a way that makes others feel valued and understood; 📍 Experience with Google tools such as Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.; 📍 Willingness to engage in work, whether it’s a large project or a small task.
