Key Responsibilities:

📍Identify, connect, and build relationships with academic institutions, professors, placement cells, and training & development departments. 📍Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, training, operations) to align outreach activities with organizational goals. 📍Negotiate and close academic partnerships or MoUs for long-term collaboration. 📍Represent the organization at academic events, career fairs, seminars, and conferences. 📍Maintain a database of academic contacts and outreach efforts. 📍Regularly follow up with academic partners for student enrollment, feedback, and updates. 📍Assist in onboarding students from academic institutions and guiding them through application processes.

Requirements:

📍Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 📍Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 📍Prior experience in academic outreach, campus engagement, student recruitment, or business development (preferred). 📍Ability to travel to academic institutions (if required). 📍Strong networking skills and a passion for education and upskilling.
