Job Summary
What Makes You The Perfect Fit:
📍3-5 years in a People Operations role, with at least 1-2 years with a Recruiting focus 📍Proven experience with talent acquisition, with a strong track record of managing full cycle recruiting. 📍Strong competence with Greenhouse required; experience with Namely a plus. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and employees at all levels of the organization. 📍Creative thinking and innovation skills, with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches to new hire success and employee engagement 📍Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 📍Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to the ever-changing start-up environment. 📍Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
