Job Summary

What You Will Do:

šŸ“Leverage your expertise to collaborate closely with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with our overarching business objectives and drive impactful change šŸ“Own critical components of our global HR operations, including HRIS management and data utilization to enhance organizational effectiveness šŸ“Drive the evolution of our HR programs and processes (including onboarding/offboarding, benefits, internal events, engagement surveys, recognition, etc) šŸ“Recommend and execute HR policies and practices in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws šŸ“Manage HRIS and maintain personnel recordsā€“ champion the utilization of HR data šŸ“Work closely with employees through multiple areas of People Ops (HR-Help Slack Channel, Onboarding/Offboarding, payroll/benefits issues) šŸ“Recommend best practices and execute policies and practices in a manner that maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations šŸ“Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted resource for employees, whether it's resolving HR-related queries on Slack channels or addressing benefits issues. šŸ“Roll up your sleeves and dive into various People Ops efforts, providing hands-on support where needed, and partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Recruiting, Legal, etc)

What you bring:

šŸ“6+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR roles, preferably within a dynamic tech startup environment, šŸ“Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments šŸ“Strong understanding of US HR compliance requirements, and ability to easily ramp up on international HR compliance šŸ“Demonstrated proficiency in owning the management of HR systems (familiarity with Rippling strongly preferred) šŸ“Experience in administering employee benefits, coupled with a deep understanding of industry best practices šŸ“Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to drive processes and change effectively šŸ“A genuine commitment to the well-being and development of our employees
