Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. 📍Manage People tools and systems, optimising workflows and ensuring data integrity. 📍Prepare reports and analyse people metrics to support data-driven decision-making. 📍Coordinate the department in delivering internal audits, policy updates, and implementation of people initiatives. 📍Manage the administration associated with onboarding and off-boarding, ensuring a smooth experience by coordinating administrative activities. 📍Identify opportunities to automate and streamline people workflows.
Requirements
📍Experience in People & Culture or a similar role in administrative coordination. 📍A methodical approach to processes and systems.. 📍Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. 📍Excellent communication skills.
