Job Summary
Key Objectives of the Role
📍Support the delivery of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across multiple entities and jurisdictions 📍Reduce operational risk by strengthening payroll controls, documentation, and audit readiness 📍Enable global payroll centralisation and M&A integration in line with MoonPay’s One Moon strategy 📍Improve payroll data quality, visibility, and reporting across Finance, Legal, and People teams
Key Responsibilities
đź“ŤPayroll Operations Support (BAU) đź“ŤSupport monthly payroll preparation across multiple countries and providers đź“ŤAssist with data collection, validation, and upload from Workday (new hires, leavers, salary changes, PTO, location changes) đź“ŤLiaise with payroll providers to resolve queries and discrepancies đź“ŤSupport payroll approvals and ensure documentation is saved accurately for audit purposes đź“ŤAssist with benefits administration aligned to payroll (pensions, insurance, allowances)
