Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Client Money 📍Allocate daily manual funding methods to client accounts in a timely manner 📍Process all withdrawals within the day and notify clients upon completion 📍Liaise with banks and third‑party payment providers as required 📍Monitor and respond to client enquiries via Salesforce to ensure prompt and accurate processing of deposits and withdrawals
Requirements & Attributes
📍Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields (preferred) 📍Excellent communication skills 📍High attention to detail and accuracy 📍Strong problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement 📍Ability to stay calm under pressure 📍Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills 📍Ability to thrive in a dynamic global team and live the Pepperstone values
