Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Develop a comprehensive understanding of Sui's value propositions to partners, emphasizing Brand and MarCom. 📍Manage a portfolio of partners, providing hands on support to enhance their marketing capabilities and conducting routine assessments of partner performance. 📍Act as the main marketing point of contact for partner inquiries, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses, ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders & ensuring activation plans, execution timelines, deliverables, and accountabilities are clear and aligned with the business. 📍Work with internal marketing teams on preparing assets and sharing with relevant external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of partner marketing campaigns and initiatives. 📍Provide input into the marketing strategy and planning process to ensure adaptability to external partners. 📍Contribute to strategic planning, leveraging your regional expertise to drive impactful marketing campaigns and help shape the marketing narrative for APAC, aligning with the Foundation's vision and goals. 📍Focus on maintaining overall partner engagement and interest, measuring and iterating the success of external partner launches to continuously improve our approach.
Requirements:
📍Preferably five years of experience in marketing, with exposure to partner, channel, or platform ecosystems. 📍Genuine interest in blockchain infrastructure and a passion for driving the adoption of web3 technologies. 📍Demonstrated experience in cultivating and managing relationships with key marketing stakeholders, preferably within gaming or entertainment industries. 📍Effective project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently. 📍Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with both partners and internal team members. 📍Basic negotiation skills and the ability to navigate through partnership agreements. 📍Familiarity with marketing principles and practical experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. 📍Analytical mindset and adept problem-solving abilities. 📍Exposure to working in a global setting, with proficiency in managing tasks across different time zones and cultures. 📍Team-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively with internal and external teams and stakeholders. 📍Resourceful, persistent, and comfortable thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
