Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop a comprehensive understanding of Sui's value propositions to partners, emphasizing Brand and MarCom. šManage a portfolio of partners, providing hands on support to enhance their marketing capabilities and conducting routine assessments of partner performance. šAct as the main marketing point of contact for partner inquiries, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses, ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders & ensuring activation plans, execution timelines, deliverables, and accountabilities are clear and aligned with the business. šWork with internal marketing teams on preparing assets and sharing with relevant external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of partner marketing campaigns and initiatives. šProvide input into the marketing strategy and planning process to ensure adaptability to external partners. šContribute to strategic planning, leveraging your regional expertise to drive impactful marketing campaigns and help shape the marketing narrative for APAC, aligning with the Foundation's vision and goals. šFocus on maintaining overall partner engagement and interest, measuring and iterating the success of external partner launches to continuously improve our approach.
Requirements:
šPreferably five years of experience in marketing, with exposure to partner, channel, or platform ecosystems. šGenuine interest in blockchain infrastructure and a passion for driving the adoption of web3 technologies. šDemonstrated experience in cultivating and managing relationships with key marketing stakeholders, preferably within gaming or entertainment industries. šEffective project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently. šStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with both partners and internal team members. šBasic negotiation skills and the ability to navigate through partnership agreements. šFamiliarity with marketing principles and practical experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. šAnalytical mindset and adept problem-solving abilities. šExposure to working in a global setting, with proficiency in managing tasks across different time zones and cultures. šTeam-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively with internal and external teams and stakeholders. šResourceful, persistent, and comfortable thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
