Key Responsibilities
šCustomer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for Genesis customers, managing day-to-day communications, answering questions, and ensuring they have the support needed throughout the launch process. šOnboarding & Execution: Drive the cross-functional execution model across BD, product, marketing, and legal to deliver smooth partner onboarding and successful token launches. šPartner Network Coordination: Identify opportunities to grow the Genesis partner ecosystem and facilitate introductions to drive co-marketing, liquidity, and growth synergies for Genesis projects šCustomer Success Program: Build and scale a structured customer success model for Genesis, including onboarding playbooks, cross functional support models, and reporting standards. šPartner Marketing Support: Liaise between partnerships and marketing teams to deliver co-marketing campaigns, spotlight content, and event support for Genesis partners. šBD Support: Support the BD team in identifying and onboarding high value Genesis customers šProven experience in customer success, business development, sales, or partnership management in Web3 or related industries šDemonstrated track record of developing cross-functional operational models that drive demonstrable results šAbility to quarterback fast-paced, complex cross-functional workstreams and own the aggregate output šProven skill in managing complex, multifaceted relationships and representing the organization with excellence šAbility to switch between multiple contexts fluidly šDeep passion for crypto and blockchain technology, preferably with an interest in Solana šTeam player thatās comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while wearing many different hats šStrong skills in data analysis, sales enablement, and pipeline management šExcellent communication and relationship-building skills
