đź“ŤSupport Business Development in scoping and designing technical solutions for partners integrating Aave đź“ŤAct as the technical point of contact throughout integration design and deployment đź“ŤDevelop and maintain reference architectures, SDK templates, and documentation to streamline adoption and reduce friction for builders đź“ŤWork collaboratively with Engineering, Product, and R&D to communicate partner needs, share technical insights, and influence roadmap priorities đź“ŤBuild and test proofs of concept and integration demos that demonstrate best practices and help partners move faster đź“ŤTroubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring smooth launches and sustained performance post-deployment đź“ŤKeep internal stakeholders aligned on project timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent integrations

đź“Ť4+ years of experience in technical solutions architecture, blockchain development, or partner engineering - ideally in Fintech or Crypto đź“ŤAbility to understand and read Solidity and Rust (hands-on coding experience is a plus) đź“ŤProven ability to translate business objectives into clear, scalable technical designs đź“ŤStrong communication and collaboration skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical teams đź“ŤComfortable managing multiple integrations at once and working autonomously to keep projects moving đź“ŤCuriosity and enthusiasm for DeFi and how open financial infrastructure is evolving
