Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
šDrive revenue strategy, activation & optimization to exceed goals
šManage day-to-day relationship with the key external and internal stakeholders with an eye towards identifying growth opportunities and/or potential risks to business
šCollaborate cross functionally with marketing, data science, product and strategy to deliver partnership success and resolve issues
šBuild internal processes to streamline workflows
šDeliver weekly updates for senior leadership
šLead internal and external cross functional calls and QBRs
šTrack, measure and communicate program performance to internal and external stakeholders
šDrive success toward KPIs, and exceed revenue targets
Qualifications
Like us, youāll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for customers and passionate about shaping the future of Afterpay. š5+ years experience on partner facing, revenue driving teams managing high growth, platform partner relationships šExperience working with eCommerce Apps and Gift Cards šUnderstands analytical and quantitative levers used by our merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders šDemonstrated track record of meeting & exceeding KPIs and targets šExcellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships via email and virtual calls šExcellent organizational & time management skills šSelf-motivated, competitive individual with the ability to work fast & smart šHigh level of enthusiasm and energy šProactive, curious individual who is full of grit and loves to find solutions to problems, rather than avoiding them
