Base is looking to hire an Associate Creative Director to join their team. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely anywhere in the United States. Base - A new Ethereum L2, incubated by Coinbase and built on the open-source OP Stack.
Job Summary
What youâll be doing (ie. job duties):
📍Leading the Partner Management function for Base and directly managing other team members 📍Creating new processes for working cross functionally with key stakeholders (e.g. finance, legal, marketing) to execute on deal commitments 📍Maintaining healthy and productive relationships with key Base partners (e.g. builders, creators, community members, etc) 📍Designing new initiatives to create a differentiated partner experience for Base builders
What we look for in you:
📍5-8+ years relevant experience in technology, consulting or operations (ideally someone who has led / created a partner management function before) 📍Unrelenting passion for being onchain and strong alignment with Baseâs mission 📍Proven ability to manage complex projects and partnerships: developing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly, solving problems and holding difficult conversations. 📍Structured and organized thinker who can manage several initiatives at once. 📍Creativity, resourcefulness and persistence to drive towards outcomes while navigating a dynamic environment. 📍Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
