Responsibilities

📍Manage daily crypto operations, including asset movements, approvals, and reviews. 📍Develop and implement operational controls and monitoring protocols to ensure accuracy and compliance. 📍Coordinate with custodians to manage and safeguard client crypto assets effectively. 📍Oversee broker-dealer operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational efficiency. 📍Ensure compliance and regulatory readiness by maintaining internal policies, monitoring trade and settlement processes, managing regulatory filings, and addressing audits or inquiries from FINRA, SEC, and other governing bodies. 📍Optimize operational efficiency through process improvements, risk assessments, and collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors to streamline broker-dealer functions and mitigate risks. 📍Oversee client account management and staff training to ensure adherence to AML/KYC regulations, support new product rollouts, and build team expertise in broker-dealer compliance and operational best practices. 📍Lead and contribute to cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely execution and collaboration. 📍Supervise and mentor team members, fostering professional development and performance.

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 📍5-7 years of experience in financial operations, cryptocurrency custody, or broker-dealer operations. 📍Strong understanding of cryptocurrency operations, custody systems, and compliance frameworks. 📍Experience in broker-dealer operations holding Series 7, 24, and 4 (or ability to obtain immediately) licenses. 📍Proven ability to manage projects and work collaboratively across teams. 📍Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills. 📍Familiarity with blockchain technologies and crypto treasury systems. 📍Experience with operational controls and regulatory compliance standards. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
