Job Summary
Responsibilities
šPerform daily reconciliations of custodial, trading, and fiat balances, ensuring full compliance with MAS safeguarding and client-money segregation requirements šLead MAS regulatory reporting, owning the preparation and on-time submission of monthly (PSN04/PSN07), semi-annual, and annual filings šBalance safeguarding, settlement, and operating accounts daily, maintaining strict segregation between client and company funds šMaintain and periodically update the fiat operations playbook, covering procedures for deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and internal escalations šAssist with onboarding and maintenance of banking partners, including due-diligence reviews, account opening documentation, KYC refreshes, and relationship management across multi-currency accounts šOversee vendor onboarding and payment setup, ensuring all counterparties meet internal compliance standards prior to engagement šSupport internal and external audits, providing reconciliations, control evidence, and management responses šManage general office administration, including procurement and inventory of office supplies, vendor coordination, and expense tracking šCoordinate IT setup and employee onboarding, ensuring laptops, accounts, and workspace arrangements are ready for new hires to enable a seamless start
Requirements
š2-4 years of investment banking, asset management or operations experience at regulated financial business šIdeally have substantive exposure and interest in blockchain / Fintech industry šIdeally accounting, finance or business university degree
