Key Responsibilities:

📍Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across all projects within Ergonia Labs. 📍Translate strategic objectives into operational plans across business lines, including venture studio, trading, and protocol ventures. 📍Lead Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including DRW, Cumberland, legal advisors, vendors, and development partners. 📍Oversee entity formation, banking infrastructure, ensuring alignment with legal, financial, and regulatory standards. 📍Deliver clear operational reporting and actionable performance insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders. 📍Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between Finance, HR, and Legal to deliver on business goals. 📍Optimize resource allocation to maximize performance and support strategic initiatives. 📍Provide leadership through line management, coaching, and performance oversight, fostering a high-performing and accountable culture.

Requirements

📍7+ years of experience in business operations, with a strong background in fintech, venture capital, or the crypto industry. 📍Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, with excellent project management skills. 📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners. 📍Experience in developing operational policies and procedures that drive efficiency and promote best practices.
