Job Summary
In this role, you will:
📍Support the day to day operations activities 📍Ensure the entire operations running smooth 📍Be the front line of the company 📍Maintain a good relationship with both new and existing users 📍Be a consultant for the users as well as a communicator between the users and the company 📍Ensure users satisfaction 📍Process users registration data and monetary / crypto transactions through admin panel 📍Monitoring the issues/complaints and troubleshoot by working with Product team 📍Reading, prioritizing, and responding to users' queries through all channels (i.e. live chat, emails, phone calls and Telegram) 📍Foster amazing users experience
Who We Are Looking For
📍Have at least 1 year of experience working in the related role 📍Able to operate Microsoft Office 📍Fast learner 📍Getting things done 📍Fluent in English both spoken & written 📍Ready to work on shifting schedule
