Job Summary

What you’ll do

📍Build, maintain, and optimize workflows using no-code and low-code tools and LLMs to streamline SEO and editorial processes (examples include: basic SEO analyses, schema tagging, and producing high-quality content drafts). 📍Apply an editor's eye to evaluate content outputs, identifying patterns in LLM performance, and adjusting workflows to address quality issues. 📍Identify opportunities for automation in existing processes, implement solutions, and monitor and communicate impact. 📍Build out workflows to address inefficiencies and explore new opportunities, starting with the editorial department and expanding to the rest of the company. 📍Develop prompt strategies that significantly improve first-draft quality, ensure factual accuracy, align with brand tone and voice, and reduce editing time. 📍Work with relevant team members to understand workflow and process needs before, during, and after solution development. 📍Monitor workflow performance and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement. 📍Debug AI pipelines and refine prompt performance. 📍Standardize processes, create and maintain documentation, teach workshops, and share learnings and best practices to train and support team members to use automation and AI effectively. 📍Work directly with the leadership and operations team to understand workflow and process improvement needs. 📍Work with the leadership and client teams to validate and deliver new services. 📍Align with stakeholders on key objectives and proactively communicate dependencies, progress, and roadblocks effectively.

Who you are

📍You’re experienced in SEO, producing content with a high editorial standard, and building workflow automations 📍You love tinkering and trying new tools to stay up to date on the latest technology and figure out how they can help you work more effectively. 📍You’re familiar with content management systems (CMSes) like WordPress and Webflow 📍You find ways to work smarter, not harder, and figure out how to automate repetitive tasks and have built automations using tools like Airtable, Zapier, n8n, and/or AirOps 📍You’re process-oriented and a systems thinker. You try to make things as efficient as possible, usually by creating checklists and systems. You're always looking for ways to improve a process.
