Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Assist in the execution of the onboarding process for new lenders including working across product, engineering, legal, finance, Ops, and training for both Figure Wholesale and Private Label/LaaS partners to ensure a seamless process 📍Respond to Partner requests in collaboration with the Onboarding Manager and Sales leaders 📍Collaborate with training teams to educate stakeholders (admins, loan officers, accounting, compliance, etc) 📍Opportunistically promote the Figure product with partners during onboarding to stimulate demand and increase the rate of engagement at launch 📍Execute onboarding tasks as defined by the Onboarding Manager and ensure all teams are actively working towards established milestones 📍Execute project plans to ensure efficient deployment 📍Participate in regular Partner external meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects 📍Establish knowledge of the Figure data room and due diligence materials for Partners
What We Look For
📍BS/BA with 3-5+ years of project management or customer success experience
📍Demonstrated understanding of project management processes and methods
📍Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams
📍Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into digestible formats
📍Ability to effectively establish project management best practices across teams, within Figure’s existing toolset
📍High level of business acumen; some B2B experience is a bonus
📍Experience in FinTech or consumer lending products is a plus
📍Proven success working cross functionally and building solid long term business relationships
📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
📍Desire to expand and contribute in other related functions associated with the ongoing development of the HELOC offering (eg. new partner acquisition, pricing, marketing, training, lender engagement etc.)
