This is an incredible time to join the business as you will be joining a expanding Finance function based in Berlin and helping to build out finance processes and supporting company wide initiatives. Job Summary
What We’re Looking For:
📍Solid experience leading engineering teams in mobile app development (iOS/Android). 📍Strong product sense - able to connect user needs to technical implementation and product vision. 📍Hands-on experience with mobile-first architecture and backend service integrations 📍Strategic thinking - you understand go-to-market strategies, user acquisition, and retention drivers. 📍Familiarity with Web3 technologies, or strong motivation to learn and work in the decentralised space. 📍Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first environment.
Bonus Points
📍Experience building or maintaining wallet apps or other security-sensitive fintech tools. 📍Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems like Polkadot, Substrate, or Ethereum. 📍Contributions to open-source projects, especially in the Web3 space. 📍Understanding of DeFi, zero-trust architecture, and cross-chain protocols.
