Job Summary
What you’ll be doing:
📍Support and reconcile daily P&L for digital asset trading desks by analyzing key drivers such as market movements, staking rewards, and liquidity changes; attributing P&L to risk factors like slippage and liquidity constraints; investigating discrepancies across systems; and collaborating with Front Office teams to resolve issues 📍Ensure accurate booking and validation of digital asset trades across various instruments in the trade management system, reconcile on-chain and off-chain data from exchanges and blockchain networks, and collaborate with technology teams to integrate trade data into reporting systems for precise P&L reflection 📍Ensure digital asset prices are sourced from reliable feeds with robust validation checks, adjust for market volatility and unique asset characteristics to maintain accurate mark-to-market P&L, and support the valuation of emerging digital products while collaborating with risk management to define methodologies
What we’re looking for:
📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 📍4+ years of experience in middle office, trading support, or P&L reporting, specifically with a focus on digital products such as cryptocurrencies, DeFi instruments, tokenized assets, or blockchain-based products 📍Strong proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis). 📍Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto market data platforms (e.g., CoinMarketCap, TradingView), and cryptocurrency exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase). 📍In-depth knowledge of financial assets like spot, futures, options, tokenized securities
