Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and timelines šEmploy innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent to Fuse Energy šScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet position requirements and fit with the company culture šManage the full cycle recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closing candidates šDevelop and implement strategies to improve hiring processes and streamline recruiting efforts šMaintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and timely candidate communication
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field š0-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on mid-to-senior level roles šExperience recruiting in tech, product, engineering, data science, and non-tech positions. šAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates šExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written šStrong organizational and project management skills šExperience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
