Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and timelines šŸ“Employ innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent to Fuse Energy šŸ“Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet position requirements and fit with the company culture šŸ“Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closing candidates šŸ“Develop and implement strategies to improve hiring processes and streamline recruiting efforts šŸ“Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and timely candidate communication

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field šŸ“0-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on mid-to-senior level roles šŸ“Experience recruiting in tech, product, engineering, data science, and non-tech positions. šŸ“Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates šŸ“Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written šŸ“Strong organizational and project management skills šŸ“Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
