Responsibilities

📍Develop iterative marketing and community engagement campaigns using an experimental and analytical approach while working closely with the Marketing, Comms and Business Development teams. 📍Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across a variety of verticals, such as PR, content, social, events, PPC. 📍Test and optimize marketing tactics for user acquisition and conversion rate optimization 📍Coordinate the creation of necessary creatives and other marketing collaterals with internal or external teams. 📍Conduct market research, and monitor industry trends and customer behaviors. 📍Assist with email marketing and social media campaigns. 📍Implement strategies to grow the company’s community on multiple platforms. 📍Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns. 📍Stay up-to-date with social media, marketing trends and best practices. 📍Supervise ongoing paid campaigns and suggest new ones, with a focus on Google 📍Ads, Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads.

About you

📍Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience. 📍Crypto / blockchain / FinTech industry knowledge and/or experience is essential. 📍A creative thinker who is not afraid to execute ideas. 📍Proven track record and strong attention to detail. 📍Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English). 📍Strong research and critical thinking skills.
