Job Summary
Role:
šHelp solve key challenges, such as attribution, lead routing and follow-up, program automation, data accuracy, funnel analysis, and forecasting for all marketing motions (self-serve, channel and sales-led for new acquisition and customer growth). šProvide analytics reports and dashboards in HubSpot and 3rd party BI tools šOrchestrate campaigns in HubSpot, including the set-up and back-end workflows needed to launch and measure marketing activities effectively. šManage reporting, KPIs, marketing dashboards, conversion tracking, and campaign insights. šImprove, monitor, and maintain contact and account data quality, ensuring accuracy and minimizing flawed or incomplete data. šEstablish, maintain, and improve scalable processes across systems that ensure best practices for the marketing team to perform optimally in respective roles. šHubspot automation šDatabase/contact management via HubSpot šCustomer life cycle management šSales process management
Requirements
What you need: š5+ years of marketing, operations or analytics experience in a B2B technology or services environment. šDeep understanding of HubSpot and how 3rd party integrations and APIs can help enable marketing automation. šProficiency in marketing methodologies, such as automation, account-based marketing, campaign management, and lead nurturing. šSuperior analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfort analysing and visualizing data in Excel, HubSpot, and BI tools. šA deep understanding of the customer journey. Experience with data augmentation, lead routing, and lead scoring is a plus. šFamiliarity with a broad spectrum of marketing technologies, including but not limited to HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and Google Analytics. šComprehensive knowledge of HubSpot, including its integration with third-party tools and APIs to facilitate marketing automation.
