Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šManage campaign project workflows, including timelines, creative deliverables, budgets, and reporting. šMaintain marketing dashboards and trackers to keep teams aligned and campaigns on schedule. šRoute contracts, creative assets, and campaign materials for internal review and approval. šPartner closely with the Creative and Compliance teams to ensure timely approvals and regulatory compliance. šCollaborate with external media and creative agencies to launch and optimize campaigns across digital, social, OTT, OOH, and traditional channels. šSupport performance reporting, surfacing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness. šMonitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform paid media strategies. šContribute to testing initiatives, helping identify new creative approaches, channels, and audiences.
Prior Experience/Requirements:
š4+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project management, ideally in financial services, fintech, or crypto. šProven project management skills with experience managing cross-functional workflows and approvals. šExcellent organizational and ability to manage multiple projects at once šExcellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. šComfort working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
