Key Responsibilities

📍Support the sales team in preparing tailored sales materials for partners and retail clients. 📍Assist in managing and updating our CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data. 📍Help prepare and analyze sales performance reports. 📍Coordinate logistics for samples, marketing materials, and other sales-related resources. 📍Assist in outreach discovery efforts to potential and existing Affiliates and clients, including email communications and (e.g.) calls, predominantly 📍Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving sales flow and direct contact with our customers, this includes online webinars, offline events at conferences and providing data.

Qualifications

📍Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any financial related field. 📍A strong interest in sales, crypto, and financial markets. 📍Previous exposure in a client facing role, handling client objections regardless of industry (e.g. hospitality). 📍Native or bilingual proficiency in one or more CEE languages (both written and verbal) is required. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 📍Organized with attention to (personal) details but excellent time management. 📍Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
