Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Marketing Strategy & Execution 📍Design and execute marketing and branding strategies tailored to the specific needs of Prosper. 📍Identify and execute on KOL / influencer collaborations and co-marketing opportunities within the Web3 and broader tech ecosystems. 📍Plan and manage multi-channel / multi-medium marketing campaigns (social media, AMAs / live online events, website content, IRL events, etc.) that resonate with both crypto-savvy and more mainstream audiences. 📍Implement growth hacking strategies under supervision to enhance user acquisition, retention, and overall project growth. 📍Community Engagement & Management 📍Serve as the primary liaison between Prosper and its user community across various platforms (X, Telegram, etc.), including managing or hosting community events (e.g., AMAs, X Spaces) 📍Build and maintain community guidelines, FAQs, and best practices to foster positive user engagement 📍Manage community moderators, and together, monitor and moderate user discussions, addressing issues promptly to maintain an informative, friendly, and inclusive environment. 📍General 📍Stay up to date with market trends within the Web3 space to assist in refining and adapting marketing strategies. 📍Work with relevant colleagues to create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of marketing channels, showcasing expertise in copywriting, storytelling, and video content strategy. 📍Collaborate cross-functionally to stay ahead of feature releases, product updates, etc. 📍Provide regular community feedback to inform protocol updates and improvement proposals.
Requirements/Skill Sets
📍Proven experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in marketing, branding, and community management in Web3 or tech-driven environments, with track record of growing and managing online communities 📍Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem, including key platforms, technologies, and trends. 📍Familiarity with relevant social media, community, and analytics tools (e.g., X, Telegram). 📍Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Figma, Slack, and Notion. 📍Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of crafting compelling messaging for diverse audiences. 📍Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage constructively with a diverse range of stakeholders and collaborators.
