Job Summary
What you’ll be doing (i.e. job duties):
📍Generate sales of Heron Finance to independent RIAs Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with alternative-focused Registered Investment Advisors, acting as a subject matter expert representing our company platform and investment solutions 📍Build and manage a pipeline of RIA prospects, with realistic assessments on deal potential and likelihood of closing 📍Attend conferences, initiate sales meetings, manage events, and be the external contact for Heron Finance 📍Work closely with the CEO and CIO to determine a sales strategy 📍Create and present educational materials for RIAs about Heron and/or private credit
What we look for in you (i.e. job requirements):
📍Deep existing network of contacts within the RIA community 📍A minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in building relationships and driving sales with top RIAs 📍Demonstrated experience selling debt investment opportunities to independent RIAs and/or institutional investors 📍Series 6, Series 7 or Series 63 📍10+ years of total experience preferred 📍Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
