Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šThis is Customer facing and a Technical Lead role where you are responsible for driving the delivery of Solutions for potential customers during the sales cycle šYou are also responsible for driving the onboarding of customers onto Liminal Vaults platform, and integration of Vaults with their platforms šSupport new or existing customers during solutions, onboarding & integration within the designated time framework, and timely handover to the Support team šYou will manage and drive team of Solutions and Integrations specialists local and remote, in a matrixed environment, plan their work alignment & availability for onboarding & integration of customers, and driving outcomes šYou are driving the customer engagement with Sales, through discovery calls, platform capability presentations, and handling customer's technical objections šYou are responsible for regular training & development of Solution and Integration Engineers, so that they are well equipped with latest product enhancements & industry developments. šYou are a technical lead, who lead the team by example, perform hands-on at complex solutions & integrations and resolving technical blockers šBe at par with the product developments internally and with the blockchain/web3 developments externally to have a good product experience and industry view, so to act as Product Champion and Industry SME šAttention to details in the customer requirements, analyze & review the solutions, integrations steps if they are in alignment with the details, to bring about the optimizations in the overall Time to Integrate and add value šLead a small team of integration engineers, plan their work alignment & availability for onboarding & integration of customers šStakeholder management in Sales, Engineering team, and Customer Support and build out a rapport of seeking and providing timely support to each other šSince this role is closer to the customer, you are expected to support customers in their preferred time zones, hence you are expected to be flexible to work in the shift timings or during extended /off-business hours (where required)
Requirements
šOverall 10+ years of experience in managing Blockchain or Web3 based pre-sales, solutions and integrations šGood hands at Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP around VMs, Containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure Deployment with Terraform/CloudFormations Templates, Cloud Databases (Amazon RDS, Azure SQL, etc) Cloud Storage, BCP/DR šHands-on experience working in web technologies using Angular, Node.js, .Net, Python, Java, SOAP/REST APIs, TypeScript šExperience of databases (SQL), Software Version Control systems: GIT, SVN etc. and CI/CD tools & processes šAt least worked on three complex to medium integrations in customer environments which includes cloud, on-premise šExperience in an AGILE/SCRUM development environment šExperience working with customers gathering requirements, troubleshooting, articulating point of views/solutions, aligning the customer requirements to the product roadmap šWorked in People Management role as a Technical Lead or Technical Project Manager (must have lead a small or mid-sized team, be able to mentor/guide/manage the resource(s) below, manage overall customer expectations, articulate the complexities and solutions to the customer to create positive customer experience) šExperience working in a customer facing role in international market is a must with Strong Communication Skills.
