Key Responsibilities

📍Lead frontend development efforts using React, ensuring high-quality code and efficient delivery. 📍 Collaborate with backend developers, UX designers and quality engineers in a cross-functional team environment. 📍 Drive the adoption of new React features, tools and best practices to enhance the development process and user experience. 📍 Provide technical guidance and mentorship on all React-related matters, staying current with the latest React updates and trends. 📍 Participate in development processes such as pair programming and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to improve code quality and delivery times. 📍 Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize frontend performance, scalability, and usability. 📍 Work closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and UX team to translate business needs into technical solutions. 📍 Promote teamwork, ensuring that the team focuses on shared goals and outcomes.

Requirements

📍Skills Required 📍BE/BTech/MTech (CS/IT or MCA), with emphasis on Software Engineering, is highly preferable 📍 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to working exclusively with React. 📍 Experience in frontend performance optimization and scaling React applications. 📍 Strong expertise in React with experience building complex, scalable frontend applications. 📍 Proven experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an obsession with creating efficient, intuitive, and visually appealing UI components.
