Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLeading the pricing and netting modeling for the clearing layer šOptimizing the unit-economics for the protocol and key participants of the ecosystem (MMs, CEXs, solvers, intent based bridges) šEnsuring 100% settlement success ratio for all cross-chain flows within given timeframes šSetting up the product analytics
Requirements
š 5+ years of experience in modeling / pricing analytics šMathematics / physics major š Ability to analyze and present complex data, including performing any QA required to ensure data correctness. šStrong data science / modeling skills. šTechnical capability to operate independently when architecting data pipelines. šDirect experience with cross chain liquidity rebalancing and analysis. šExperience using insights from data to drive to inform the strategy of the larger organization. šStrong communication skills. šAbility to pull wider market data from disparate data sources. š Demonstrated experience prioritizing opportunities and clearly communicating the rationale behind decisions šGood instincts matched with deep analytical thinking šComfortable defining and tracking key business and success metrics š Past experience in CEXs, market-makers or cross-chain protocols šTokenomics design is nice-to-have
