DappRadar is seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to steer our creative team. If you have a deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and dapps, coupled with strong technical skills in design, we are looking for you!

➔ Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor our design team, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity. Play a key role in product and feature design, ensuring our UI/UX design is engaging, intuitive, and aligned with our brand. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define new products and features. Use your understanding of our audience to conduct user research, translating insights into impactful design decisions. Oversee design projects from conception to delivery, guaranteeing high-quality and timely results. Develop and maintain our design language to ensure consistent brand identity across all products. Optimize design processes and implement best practices to ensure top-notch results. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies in the blockchain and crypto industry.

➔ Requirements: A deep understanding of Web3 technology, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications (dapps). 4+ years of experience in product design. 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing according to business impact. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
