Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue. 📍Execute customer marketing campaigns, specifically for our credit card product, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI. 📍Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize and customize customer journeys. 📍Collaborate with Product, Communications, Design, and broader marketing team to support launch of new products and features. 📍Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience. 📍Tactical execution of re-engagement campaigns including creation of dynamic email templates. 📍Track email marketing results, sharing key insights and making recommendations for improvement including variant testing.
Qualifications:
📍8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related fields and experience working in email platforms including Braze and Hubspot. 📍Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation. 📍Strong analytical skills and ability to use data in Looker and Mixpanel to inform decisions. 📍Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, SMS and push notification marketing, HTML and CSS for email design. 📍Deep understanding of crypto and Web3 including current trends, price movements, etc.
