How you can make an impact:

📍Support the execution of Aave V4’s growth strategy through research, partner outreach, and coordination of integrations across DeFi, CeFi, and RWA verticals. 📍Identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact integrations that unlock new use cases and grow usage on Aave V4. 📍Support the leadership team with business development operations across these verticals - streamlining partner pipelines, coordination, materials, research and project management. 📍Collaborate with product and engineering to support partners integrating with Aave or building on top of it. Providing both hands-on project integration support and structured product feedback. 📍Monitor DeFi governance forums, market activity, and competitor developments to surface trends and opportunities. 📍Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the DeFi ecosystem. Represent Aave Labs at major industry events, fostering new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships. 📍Work closely with cross-functional team leads, including product, engineering, and marketing, to introduce new offerings to the market.

📍3–4 years of professional experience in DeFi, fintech, startups, venture, crypto-native projects, or other strategic/operational roles. 📍Curiosity and motivation to deeply understand DeFi protocols, stablecoins, and the broader crypto ecosystem. 📍Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams. 📍Analytical mindset and the ability to distill technical or strategic complexity into clear next steps. 📍Self-starter mentality, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and grow into new responsibilities. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 📍Must have a positive, team-oriented attitude.
