Responsibilities:

📍Lead Integration Strategy: Architect and implement integration solutions that align with the business's strategic objectives. Design integration frameworks that enhance system interoperability. 📍Project Management: Lead multiple integration projects from conception through deployment. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. 📍Technical Leadership: 📍Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of integration components like APIs, web services, and middleware. 📍Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, data security, and system integrity. 📍Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering an environment of learning and innovation. 📍Collaboration: 📍Work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, data architects, business analysts, and external partners to gather requirements and develop solutions. 📍Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align integration efforts with broader business initiatives. 📍System Analysis: Analyze existing systems for integration opportunities, identifying areas for improvement or automation. 📍Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, standards, and practices in integration to keep the company at the forefront of technological capabilities. 📍Quality Assurance: 📍Develop and enforce quality control procedures for integration projects. 📍Conduct code reviews, participate in testing, and ensure that all integrations are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. 📍Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

Qualifications:

📍Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. 📍7+ years in API integrations or a related discipline. 📍Proven track record in leading integration projects with full lifecycle experience. 📍Proficiency in integration technologies like Mulesoft, API Gateway, and ETL tools. 📍Strong experience with programming languages such as Node JS, Python, Golang, etc…. 📍Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
