Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Lead the architecture, schematic design, PCB development, and validation of high-reliability hardware systems. 📍Design high-power and mixed-signal electronics, including motor controllers, power converters, sensor interfaces, and embedded hardware. 📍Develop multilayer PCB layouts (10+ layers) with controlled impedance, high-speed routing, differential pairs, and thermal optimization. 📍Own end-to-end hardware delivery: requirements, simulation, prototyping, testing, certification, release to manufacturing. 📍Ensure compliance with defence/aerospace standards such as MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, and equivalent qualification frameworks. 📍Implement EMI/EMC mitigation strategies across design, layout, and enclosure levels. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, systems, testing) to deliver mission-critical products. 📍Conduct DFMEA, validation testing, thermal analysis, and design reviews for reliability and robustness. 📍Integrate communication interfaces and sensors into embedded hardware platforms.
Required Expertise
📍Strong hands-on experience in power stage design, thermal engineering, and EMI/EMC control. 📍Deep knowledge of closed-loop control systems, sensor integration, and high-speed interfaces. 📍Proven experience in aerospace/defence or mission-critical electronics environments. 📍Proficiency in interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, RS232/RS485, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, MIPI CSI/DSI, etc.
