Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, lead and mentor a dedicated internal team of game developers. 📍Game Development: Take charge of the entire game development process, from the inital GDD to release 📍Game Design innovation: Work closely with the rest of the team to integrate category-defining game mechanics and new technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience. 📍Cross-Platform expertise: Manage and optimise our games for various platforms, with a focus on mobile devices. 📍Project Management: manage resources and ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
📍Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 📍Proven track record of developing and launching successful games - you have a portfolio that you are excited to show us! 📍Deep knowledge of game development best practices and performance optimization across multiple platforms. 📍Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 📍English language proficiency
