Job Summary
What You Will Do
šDevelop and execute market strategies to establish Monad as an industry leader in the South Korean market among institutional and retail investors. šLead business development efforts by identifying, negotiating and closing strategic deals that drive capital inflows and user adoption. šBuild and nurture relationships with key ecosystem players including VCs, exchanges, media and developer communities to expand Monadās presence and mindshare. šStay on top of the evolving South Korean regulatory landscape and trends to identify high-impact opportunities to position Monad as an industry leader and first-mover. šFacilitate the entry of global ecosystem startups into the South Korean market by providing strategic guidance, local insights and connections.
Who You Are
š5+ years of business development experience, including 3+ years in blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 startups. šDeep understanding of the South Korean market and proven ability to engage retail and institutional investors. šEstablished network across local Web3 startups, institutions, and enterprises. šSelf-starter who takes ownership of initiatives from ideation to execution. šNative-level fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
