Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šAssist in the implementation, configuration, and support of technical solutions for our clients. šParticipate in technical workshops and training sessions to enhance service delivery. šCollaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope. šConduct system testing and validation of new implementations and upgrades. šIdentify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions. šDocument processes and technical specifications for current and future reference. šSupport the preparation and delivery of presentations to clients on system functionality and usage.
Requirements
šWhat qualifications are necessary for this role? šBachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. šBasic understanding of networking concepts and protocols. šFamiliarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and various application software. šStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies. šExcellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients. šAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. šPrevious internships or project work related to IT services or client support is a plus. šFluency in English, both written and spoken.
