As a Cognyter you will:

📍Help determine and translate customer needs into a solution and approach 📍Plan, track and manage projects 📍Write detailed designs for the development team and work closely to ensure development is executed according to the designs 📍Define, map and analyze business processes and design technology solutions to enhance business operations around industry best practices Analyze business “to-be”, inspect “as-is” and perform gap analysis to develop recommendations to achieve objectives 📍Understand and make recommendations on technical software design and specifications 📍Help with testing the developments 📍Be a team player and work in collaboration with the rest of the team Manage day to day work, solve problems, find mitigations and manage risks

Requirements

For that mission you’ll need: 📍Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business/Engineering 📍2+ years of admin experience with Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence 📍experience in an IT Business Analyst or similar role would be an advantage 📍Experience working with enterprise-wide systems 📍Experience in leading large-scale projects from requirements gathering to effectively communicating with the business and technical team 📍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to document both functional information and processes 📍Possess communication skills in English: verbal, written and presentation 📍Ability to partner with software development team members, to communicate a detailed understanding of business requirements
