Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
šDevelop global travel policy and strategy that aligns with the companyās objectives. šNegotiate with airlines and hotels to secure discounts and flexible cancellation options, while driving cost control and conducting ROI analysis and cost management. šLead the integration of travel data with expense control and financial systems, create data dashboards, track compliance, costs, and satisfaction, and optimize based on data-driven insights. šDrive the digitization and automation of travel processes to enhance efficiency. šAssist employees in making reservations in accordance with company travel policies, showcasing strong skills in international travel booking and problem solving. šSupport the completion of ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.
What We Look For In You
šBachelorās degree or higher, with proven experience in international travel booking šPrior experience with visa process and immigration policies is preferred šFluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English šGood communication , strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure šMeticulous, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask šProactive and pleasant personality, great team work šAble to work diligently and independently under time constraints
