Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šPrepare letters, reports, records, presentations, and other documents from drafts, corrected copies, or recorded media; proofread and edit materials to ensure accuracy and quality. šScreen, distribute, and respond to incoming correspondence; compose routine letters and replies based on general instructions. šCoordinate daily communication with the Country Manager to ensure visibility on operational matters and priorities. šMaintain departmental, personnel, and financial records, including vacation and sick time reporting, and keep organization charts up to date.
Key qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in a related field (preferred). šMinimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably supporting leaders across the LATAM region. šExperience with expense management tools such as Navan or similar platforms. šStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). šAdvanced English proficiency (fluent reading, writing, and verbal communication).
