Responsibilities:

📍Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team throughout the entire merchant lifecycle. 📍Manage, track, and process incoming sales leads in a timely and accurate manner. 📍Assist merchants and Sales representatives with underwriting requirements, including collecting, reviewing, and submitting required documentation. 📍Coordinate with Underwriting, Risk, Compliance, and other internal teams to resolve issues and move applications forward. 📍Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems, ensuring documentation is complete and properly stored. 📍Communicate application status, next steps, and requirements clearly to Sales representatives and merchants. 📍Ensure all work aligns with Shift4 policies, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards. 📍Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements to support sales effectiveness and merchant experience. 📍Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

📍Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. 📍Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. 📍Proficient in written and verbal communication with internal teams and external merchants. 📍Experience working with CRM systems, documentation workflows, or sales support tools preferred. 📍Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team. 📍Problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues when necessary. 📍Previous experience in sales support, underwriting support, financial services, or merchant onboarding is a plus.
