Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team throughout the entire merchant lifecycle. šŸ“Manage, track, and process incoming sales leads in a timely and accurate manner. šŸ“Assist merchants and Sales representatives with underwriting requirements, including collecting, reviewing, and submitting required documentation. šŸ“Coordinate with Underwriting, Risk, Compliance, and other internal teams to resolve issues and move applications forward. šŸ“Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems, ensuring documentation is complete and properly stored. šŸ“Communicate application status, next steps, and requirements clearly to Sales representatives and merchants. šŸ“Ensure all work aligns with Shift4 policies, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards. šŸ“Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements to support sales effectiveness and merchant experience. šŸ“Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. šŸ“Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. šŸ“Proficient in written and verbal communication with internal teams and external merchants. šŸ“Experience working with CRM systems, documentation workflows, or sales support tools preferred. šŸ“Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team. šŸ“Problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues when necessary. šŸ“Previous experience in sales support, underwriting support, financial services, or merchant onboarding is a plus.
