Job Summary
Job Description
📍Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and prospects, delivering compelling presentations and tailored solutions that highlight BlackRock’s municipal strategies and services. 📍Staying current on the municipal market and competitive landscape and provide timely, actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. 📍Work as a partner across the firm supporting BlackRock’s Municipal Suite, working closely with BlackRock’s various sales teams and Internal Relationship Managers as a resource to help support, discuss and distribute BlackRock’s Municipal Strategies across internal and external platforms. 📍Work closely with portfolio management, credit research, and senior product specialists to create, maintain and enhance sales presentations and marketing collateral. 📍Collaborate with portfolio management and credit research teams to review portfolio compositions, identifying trends across BLK and competitor strategies.
Qualifications
📍BA/BS is required. 📍Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 📍2 to 3 years of Fixed Income Experience Preferred 📍Exceptional communication skills and an ability to synthesize complex issues and ideas. Solid written and oral skills. 📍Strong quantitative skills, including high proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 📍Superior organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. 📍Self-starters who enjoy working in a team environment 📍Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects. 📍Series 7 and 66 required or expected to be completed within 6 months of hire.
