Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
šFinance Leadership: Responsible for overseeing both Finance and supporting Human Resource functions in Copper Markets (Switzerland) AG (CMCH). šRegulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to all tax, legal, and regulatory requirements for both Finance and Human Resource šBOD Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making. šFinancial Reporting: Prepare and present management information, including forecasting, revenue, debtors, and financial modelling to support strategic planning. šAccount Management: Oversee the maintenance of accounts for CMCH, including the preparation of the accounts for reporting purposes. šInternal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain an effective internal control system. šAudit Leadership: Lead financial audits in collaboration with the appointed audit firm. šStakeholder Management: Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the business. šBusiness-Wide Partnership: Collaborate with all departments and teams within the holding company, including Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Sales. šGroup Collaboration: Work with the holding company and other group entities on broader finance tasks. šMarket Awareness: Stay updated on market trends relevant to the business and industry, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
šEssential
šBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Qualified Accountant.
šMinimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a management role.
šStrong understanding of tax, legal, and regulatory requirements for finance and HR functions.
šProven expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
šExperience leading financial audits and maintaining internal control systems.
