Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: 📍Develop and execute strategies to onboard private banks, family offices, and wealth platforms onto OSL’s wealth management solutions. 📍Leverage existing relationships with wealth managers and HNWIs to position OSL as a trusted partner for regulated digital asset exposure. 📍Meet and exceed revenue targets by structuring tailored solutions aligned with client mandates (e.g. diversified crypto portfolios).
Requirements
📍3+ years in wealth management sales, private banking, or fund distribution, with a focus on alternative investments (e.g., hedge funds, structured products). 📍Proven network across private banks, family offices, or independent wealth platforms in Asia. 📍Familiarity with digital asset adoption trends in wealth management. SFC Type 1 license (or willingness to obtain). 📍Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. 📍Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to navigate regulated and emerging asset classes.
