Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from business owners and operators, specializing in restaurant environments. šŸ“Conduct discovery calls to identify needs, pain points, and business goals. šŸ“Deliver persuasive phone or video demos highlighting Shift4 POS capabilities. šŸ“ Perform high-volume outbound follow-up with existing database of leads to re- engage opportunities. šŸ“ Recommend tailored solutions including POS hardware, software, and integrated payments. šŸ“Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing packages. šŸ“Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce. šŸ“Collaborate with deployment and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients. šŸ“Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas for revenue, approved and deals. šŸ“Maintain strong working knowledge of Shift4 products, updates, and competitive offerings. šŸ“Work in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.

Qualifications:

šŸ“1–3 years of inside sales, SaaS, or merchant services experience preferred. šŸ“Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. šŸ“Comfortable making a high volume of outbound follow-up calls to existing leads. šŸ“Experience selling to restaurants or the hospitality industry a plus. šŸ“Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling skills. šŸ“Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
