Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šRespond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from business owners and operators, specializing in restaurant environments. šConduct discovery calls to identify needs, pain points, and business goals. šDeliver persuasive phone or video demos highlighting Shift4 POS capabilities. š Perform high-volume outbound follow-up with existing database of leads to re- engage opportunities. š Recommend tailored solutions including POS hardware, software, and integrated payments. šPrepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing packages. šMaintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce. šCollaborate with deployment and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients. šMeet and exceed monthly sales quotas for revenue, approved and deals. šMaintain strong working knowledge of Shift4 products, updates, and competitive offerings. šWork in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
Qualifications:
š1ā3 years of inside sales, SaaS, or merchant services experience preferred. šProven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. šComfortable making a high volume of outbound follow-up calls to existing leads. šExperience selling to restaurants or the hospitality industry a plus. šExcellent verbal communication and consultative selling skills. šOrganized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
