Key Responsibilities

📍You will be part of a team involved in the following activities: 📍Designing and managing data tools 📍Developing new data collection methods 📍Improving existing survey interface designs 📍Scripting survey questionnaires with logic implementation 📍Studying survey software and developing new scripts 📍Processing research data using software with syntaxes and codes 📍Designing quantitative samples based on client requirements 📍Monitoring quantitative fieldwork and adhering to project schedules and deadlines 📍Coding open-ended (free text response) answers when required 📍Performing quality checks and audits of survey implementations to ensure accuracy 📍Creating highly actionable and digestible reports in PowerPoint

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Science, 📍Computing, or any other numerical field 📍Candidates with no experience are welcome 📍Strong appetite for learning new data tools 📍Openness to change and innovation 📍Familiarity with Python is desired 📍Basic competency in SPSS, R, and data visualization tools is preferred 📍Knowledge of any survey software is an added advantage 📍Ability to work with ambiguity and perform under pressure 📍High level of precision in work
