Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šLead the Nethermind incubators initiative, identifying and selecting the most promising future founders with the vision and drive to build successful blockchain companies. šGuide each incubation team, providing a clear roadmap, budget management tools, and comprehensive support from various groups within Nethermind. šCultivate a stimulating and collaborative environment where incubator teams can thrive and translate their innovative ideas into reality. šCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including VCs, legal teams, and finance departments, to ensure the smooth operation of the incubator program. šContinuously assess the industry landscape to identify new opportunities and strategic partnerships that benefit the incubator and its ventures.
Skills:
šDeep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, with a specific focus on Ethereum, Starknet, and DeFi. šExperience identifying and nurturing high-potential startups, ideally within the tech or blockchain space. šAdept project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. šStrong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards success.
