Job Summary

Sales Execution:

📍Achieve and exceed sales goals 📍Swiftly manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads to close 📍Develop and articulate compelling value propositions around the Square solution 📍Track all sales funnel activities diligently through the CRM tool and utilize its features for greater sales effectiveness

Relationship Building:

📍Build and manage relationships with high-growth companies 📍Act as an ambassador for Square’s beliefs, brand, and products 📍Establish trust and partnerships with customers through excellent communication by phone and email

Collaboration:

📍Work closely with cross-functional teams to close deals and implement creative ways to improve customer relationships

Qualifications

📍1+ years experience in full sales cycle/closing role, preferably in a fast-moving technology company (financial services company experience strongly preferred but not required) 📍Strong operational acumen and ability to manage a high volume sales pipeline 📍Bias for action 📍Experience selling e-commerce, technical solutions, and/or payments 📍Demonstrated ability of meeting and exceeding sales targets 📍Superior verbal and written communication skills 📍Strong objection handling and negotiation skills 📍A self-starter mentality, where leaning in and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment is business-as-usual 📍High motivation with a strong desire to succeed and an entrepreneurial drive 📍True hunter mentality and resourcefulness with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
