Job Summary
Tasks and Responsibilities
šAdministering compensation and benefit plans šConducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development šProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise šPromote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace šAssist in development and implementation of human resource policies šManaging benefits, payroll and onboarding new employees Calculating employeesā compensation, updating our internal payroll databases šUndertake tasks around performance management šEnsure the organizationās compliance with local, state and federal regulations šOrganize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews šMaintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form šEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities šEnsure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements
šBSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field šProven experience as an HR Generalist, additional HR training will be a plus šUnderstanding of general human resources policies and procedures šGood knowledge of employment/labor laws šOutstanding knowledge of MS Office šExcellent communication and people skills šAptitude in problem-solving šDesire to work as a team with a results driven approach šFluency in Czech language and English is mandatory (spoken and written) šCandidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
